Please read these terms before booking so we can respect every learner’s and coach’s time.
Cancellations and changes
To cancel or reschedule without a reservation fee, contact us at least 24 hours before your lesson. Changes within 24 hours incur a $20 reservation fee. Emergencies may be considered individually.
Late arrival
The coach will wait for a 10-minute grace period after arriving at the agreed location. Once this time has passed, the booking counts as a lesson and the full fee applies. If the lesson proceeds, it will finish at the original scheduled time.
Booking confirmation
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. It is confirmed only after HUANA PRIME provides written confirmation of the date, time, location and fee.
