When you send a booking enquiry or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email, suburb or postcode, driving experience, preferred language, preferred time and any message you choose to provide. The website may also process limited technical information for security, spam prevention and reliable operation. We do not ask for licence numbers, dates of birth, medical information or payment-card details through this website.
How we collect information
We collect information primarily through the website enquiry form and when you choose to contact us by phone, email or WeChat. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed to arrange a lesson.
Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, confirm service areas and availability, arrange and provide driving lessons, maintain necessary business records, protect the website and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use booking enquiries for marketing unless separate consent is obtained.
Disclosure and overseas processing
We may disclose necessary information to service providers that help operate the website, deliver enquiry emails or provide technical support. Booking emails may be processed by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), whose data may be stored or processed in the United States. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect someone’s safety. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, provide services, maintain appropriate business records or meet legal requirements. We take reasonable steps to restrict access and protect information, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.

Learners under 18
A parent or guardian may contact us on behalf of a learner under 18. Please provide only the information needed to arrange lessons.
Website technology and updates
This website does not currently use advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Hosting services may still generate basic security and operational logs. If analytics or other features are introduced, this policy will be updated. The latest version will always be published on this page.
